Welcome to Engaged BDC Solutions and Consulting, your trusted partner for automotive BDC training and consulting. With over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise to help dealerships achieve their goals.
As a passionate car guy deeply dedicated to this industry, my journey began with over 15 years in retail, starting as a sales consultant and quickly advancing to managing BDC operations for two highly successful, award-winning Toyota dealerships. I then transitioned into consulting, working with over 40 Acura dealerships across the Northeast to improve processes and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
In 2023, with my previous company’s contract with the Acura OEM concluding, I saw the perfect opportunity to launch Engaged BDC Solutions and Consulting. My mission is to help dealerships unlock their full potential with tailored solutions and actionable strategies that deliver results.
